The rad crew at Wax Museum Records have been holding it down for 10 years in the subway under Melbourne’s iconic Flinders Station.
Big ups to Tim (Aux One) and his Dad for starting such a gem of a store that supports amazing local artists. Honourable mentions to the rest of the lads, Guy, Benny Badge, Jackson, Michael and Isaac for all their hard work over the years.

This here post is for all you vinyl junkies out there. Legendary Radio 1 presenter John Peel’s personal record collection is being made public for the first time through an online archive. John has amassed an incredible music collection of over 26,000 LPs, 40,000 singles and many thousands of CDs.
Starting on May 1st, funded by Arts Council England in partnership with the BBC. The new creative arts digital platform www.thespace.org is exclusively releasing the contents of John Peel’s record collection 100 records a week from May-Oct.
The project will release the names and song titles from these said 100 records for 26 weeks, featuring one letter of the alphabet each week. People will be able to listen online to many of these records through links compiled by the project.
